add information about experiment to `inbreeding load`

this can be used by plot without passing extra arguments, i.e. the pipeline becomes

use bins/inbreeding

let experiment = "..."

inbreeding load $experiment | inbreeding plot

instead of having to know the value of k and do

inbreeding load $experiment | inbreeding plot --options { k: $k }
