in order to add more information in the experiment names, e.g. k, n and \#\text{bytes}, this MR changes the cache files format from

{seed}/{timestamp}/{env}/{strategy}/...

to

{seed}/{timestamp}-{env}-{strategy}-{k}-{n}-{nb_bytes}/...
