do some cleanup and refactoring (alpha version) (!1)

- the `frida_pcs` feature and dependencies on the `dragoon/pcs-fec-id` repo have been entirely removed: they were already marked as _deprecated_ and are already handled by `dragoon/komodo::fec`

  - Cargo workspace and dependencies

  - fix the Rust _toolchain_ to `1.78`
- benchmarks
  - add a Nushell module to run and parse the benchmarks
  - make FRI easier to parametrize
