JOSS paper has undeveloped citations
Important
this issue only applies to the paper-joss branch from !210.
In the statement of need, Scroll, Avail, Danksharding and Tezos are cited without context.
I believe we should not consider this part as a full-fledged state of the art, and we do not need to cite anything unless it serves the purpose of the paper.
For instance, if we consider that Scroll, Avail and Danksharding are examples of contexts where Komodo could be useful, we can simply describe the context(s) and how Komodo is useful in this context, rather than citing and describing these systems.
On the contrary, if Scroll, Avail or Danksharding are real contenders for Komodo, we can describe what they do and what Komodo does better/differently.
